Celebrate 110 Years of Flight At The Proud Bird on Dec. 17th
Thank you to the dozens of aviation enthusiasts that joined us to celebrate 110 years of aviation at the Proud Bird. We had Bill Dunn from the AOPA give a little talk about the importance of general aviation airports. A good time was had by all.

Join aviation enthusiasts in Los Angeles as we celebrate this great accomplishment on the 110th anniversary of flight.
As a gathering place, we We have selected an aviation themed restaurant near LAX called "The Proud Bird." Unfortunately, after 48 years the Proud Bird has a looming future and may close soon after this event. Join us and celebrate the 110 year anniversary of flight, enjoy this great venue as we network and meet other aviation enthusiasts.
If you haven't seen this venue, we strongly suggest you join us. There are dozens of historical photos of Los Angeles and the history of flight. This makes it the perfect venue for this celebration. Also, you might want to bring a friend, since this venue will be something you want to experience (and is one to take photos of).
All are welcome, including aviation enthusiasts, pilots and friends of LAX. Join us to watch some airplanes land and meet other great Los Angeles aviation fans.
